Q: How do I get a refund of my entry fee if my event is canceled?
A: Refunds will be provided by the event manager/director. Please contact your event manager for a refund. This information can be found on the event page or in the email confirmations sent to you from Activ8.
Q: How do I receive a refund?
A: To receive a refund for an event in which you have registered, please contact the event holder directly. When you purchase your tickets through the event registration form, the funds are immediately processed and sent to the event holder’s account. To contact the event holder, please use the “Contact Event Organizer” form on the registration page or use the contact information on the email receipt you received after registering for the event.
Q: I have a question about my event, whom do I contact?
A: All questions regarding an event can be answered by the event manager directly. Please contact your event manager with your questions. Event manager contact information is available from the event page on Activ8itnow.com.
Q: Can I register for an event via Activ8, but pay for the event on the day of the event in person?
A: No, you must use a credit card to provide payment at the time of registration for an event.
Q: How do I get directions to the event that I signed-up for?
A: On the event page on Activ8itnow.com, you should see a Google map. Click on this map and Google Maps will be launched which you can then use for acquiring directions to your event.
Q: What will be charged to my Credit Card?
A: The fee of the event plus the processing fee from Activ8 (3.5% + $1.00) will be charged to your credit card. The charge will appear at MPK Group Inc. (dba Activ8itnow.com). Activ8itnow.com is owned and operated by MPK Group Inc.

Q: Do I have to pay any fees to Activ8 to start posting events?
A: No, there are no fees for Event Managers to user Activ8’s services. We collect a small transaction fee (3.5% + $1.00) from the participants who register for your events.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract with Activ8 to start posting events?
A: There are no contracts, no obligations, and no fees to for Event Managers to start using Activ8 to post their events and register participants.
Q: How do I edit an event?
A: Log in with your username and password and you will be brought to your dashboard. Select an event on your dashboard and you can edit it.
Q: How do I withdrawl funds from my Activ8itnow account?
A: Activ8 will automatically remit funds to you every 2 weeks with the final payment coming 2 weeks after the event has taken place.
Q: Can I have funds directly deposited in a PayPal account?
A: Yes you can, simply email info@activ8itnow.com with your PayPal linked email and your Activ8 username and will deposit funds to your PayPal account vs. sending you a check.
Q: If I have to cancel my event, how do I refund my participants registration fee?
A: You will need to refund your participants registration fee directly to each participant. Activ8 will not process refunds for your events at this time.
Q: How do I email the participants registered for my event?
A: Log in to your Activ8 account and select the event you want from your dashboard. From that event page, you will be able to email the participants of that event.
Q: What is the web site address (URL) that I can use to market my event?
A: There are actually two web site address’ that you can use to market your event. The first one is listed on your event page next the URL: tag. It should start with http://ae8.us/[your organization name-#]. The second is via http://www.activ8itnow.com/[your organization name-#].
Q: If I have more than one event, is there a web page on Activ8itnow.com that will list all my events?
A: Yes, there is a web address you can use to send your participants to that will list all of your events. These would be http://ae8.us/[your organization name] or http://www.activ8itnow.com/[your organization name]. When a participant visits this web address they will see all of your current and past events. They can click on an event to learn more or register. For more information see our How To tip.
